So I tried to enable it and have the error 0x80073712. I have tried running DISM in the command prompt and it gives me this:

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
I've looked into it and I need to do something with the group policy but when I run gpedit.msc nothing happens.
