Windows 11 Enabling secure boot ruined my pc, ¿How do I fix it?

When I opened the videogame Valorant it showed me an errror about secure boot disabled, so I enter on the BIOS of my motherboard (GIGABYTE b460m dS3h v2) and I enable the secure boot and press F10 so it could save and restart the changes, but when I did that my monitor stopped receiving sign and the screen went black, my mouse and keyboard started to blink like every 5 sec (I can't even enter to the BIOS because the screen doesn't connect to the pc). So I turn off and turn on the pc but nothing changed, my mouse and keyboard still flashing. Even if I disconnect everything nothing changed. That
