Windows 10 End Users (Wired & Wireless) of Our network getting wrong location when sync with times.windows.com. within our network we are not configured any NTP

Windows 10 & 11 end users are getting wrong time-zone randomly.We observed occationally some windows laptop getting wrong time-zone and location when they connect to times.windows.com.We are not configuring any NTP or Master Clock within our network.
