Windows 11 Endless loop after trying to restore the version of Windows I had before the update

Hi as I started my PC today after selecting Turn off and update the last time it was turned on it got a completly new overlay which isn't a problem but a lot of my apps which I used on a regular were deleted. As it confused me I tried to restore the Version I had before but since then im stuck in an endless loop were the pc tells me it tries to restore the older version until I get a bluescreen. Does anyone have an idea how u could fix that without having to use a usb stick with windows downloaded on it?
