title basically explains it, i've removed english (us) from my pc entirely, there is no trace of it, yet somehow it keeps on appearing on the win + space shortcut and it is insanely annoyingany fixes for this issue? i've searched literally everywhere and no solution works(i would post images but this site doesn't seem to want me to upload files, just another very functional feature from microsoft)
