Windows 11 entire or almost entire windows Ui can't right click or left click including taskbar

First of all, I do not need a fix I FIXED it myself, I contacted Microsoft support 2 times, and they failed to fix the issue, first one did a system restore did nothing... second one told me to reinstall windows. it has nothing to do with the issue.I am on a laptop btw,The issue is on one of the side buttons (back button) on my external gaming mouse, it got stuck on the toggled position. this causes the entire windows ui to be unusable (can't right click or left click)(and randomly goes back when clicking and browsing).you can check if it is stuck or not using this website: Mouse Tester - Test
