Hi,
Been away from home for a few months, during which time there have been several very large cumulative and other updates for Windows 10. On arriving back home my laptop wouldn't communicate with the Epson XP-202, so followed all of the help on line and re-installed the printer drivers and established a WiFi connection and lo and behold the printer now works.
Same cant be said for the scanner, have tried deleting and re-installing the scanner drivers and all I get is a message which says 'Cannot communicate' - same message if I attempt too use WiFi or USB! Tried most things I can see on line and none of them have solved the issue.
Scanner bed appears to be working as i can use the XP-202 as a copier and this uses the scanner bed.
Any ideas on what I can do to get the scanner working in either WiF or USB mode?
