Windows 11 Ergonomic Mouse Connection Issue with Surface Pro 8 Windows11: response delay after mouse idle for three seconds

I got a new surface pro 8 and a new ergonomic mouse from microsfot's online store. However, I found a connection issue between the mice and surface. The ergonomic mouse connects to my surface and works well for most of the time, except after I left the ergonomic mouse idle for three seconds(yes, literally three seconds) when I try to move it, there is a delay in reponse every single time. It's like the mouse decided go to sleep after three seconds idling then I have to wake it up and wait for it to response.I googled for solution, and below is what I checked and tried so far:Windows update: up
