Hi allOne of my users is unable to add any network printers When she tries to download the printer driver she gets an error message "Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation failed with error 0x0000011b".I've looked at numerous articles, they refer to uninstalling windows updates that she doesn't have installed though.I just wondered if anyone knows how to resolve the issue?Below you can see the updates she currently has installed.She's got a Windows 10 Education installed on the laptop, it's version 21H1I'd really appreciate if anyone can help me with this.ThanksDave
