Windows 11 Error 0x8007001f when upgrading Windows 11 to 22H2

When upgrading to Win11 22H2, I always encounter an error of 0x8007001f. The methods provided by other articles, including uninstalling the sound card driver and turning off kernel consistency, have no effect. How can I fix this issue? Thanks!
