Windows 11 Error 0x80070780: The file can/cannot be accessed by the system

I am using Windows 11 workstation edition and having errors in copying files across folders. Today, I realized I can't move any files. Is there a solution for this issue? I tried troubleshooting through.Automatically diagnose and repair Windows file and folder problems - Microsoft SupportThis tool ran through the system and said it was all good but still couldn't move files (all types of files).
