The error is associated with SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING (according to CBS.log). I have tried the following commands
ism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthandsfc /scannowbut no corrupted files were found after checking.Tried installing this cumulative update manually by downloading from the Microsoft Update Catalog but ended up with the same error.It seems to me that this problem is related to the corruption of Net framework 4.8 files. But the fact is that on Win 10 you can’t just reinstall this program. The not-so-smart people at Microsoft have forbidden the removal of this program. The only way
