Windows 11 Error: 0x80248009 while trying to install Net Framework 3.5 on windows 11

So i dont really know what to do with this, i tried googling for answers but can't really seem to find the right one. I need to instal Net Framework 3.5 because of some programs since i freshly installed to windows 11. Could anyone help me? I had a different error earlier but i fixed that one and now i got the one in the title. I tried installing it via DISM but i always get the error 0x800f081f in cmd, i think im doing something wrong with that method.
