Been searching for a few hours trying to figure out how to fix the issue, but I can only find articles for the error code in Windows 10. I only get this error code when attempting to install Forza Horizon 5 through the Microsoft store, but not through the Xbox App. When it is installed through the Xbox app it doesn't run, and only shows and error code when I run it as administrator (I can't remember the exact error code but the message that came with it was something like "This isn't available for your account, make sure you are signed into the right account in the windows store.")
