Windows 10 Error 0xc000021a but working with disabled driver enforcement

Hello! yesterday evening a windows update started while shutting down. This resulted in a bluescreen with error code 0xc000021a.I've done what the web said. tried a restore to yesterday afternoon before the update. but with no luck.I can boot and login when running in disabled driver signature enforcement mode.My pc did generate a minidump file, but I have no idea how to open it and see if this helps with anything.the dumpfile: 122522-8453-01.dmp
