Windows 11 Error 0xc1900101 0x40017 when Upgrading to Win11 22H2

I am trying to upgrade my Windows 11 (22000.1516) to 22H2 using the ISO on an USB-device.The installation progress continues up to 85% and after that it restores my windows.I geht the Error 0xc1900101 0x40017 with the message "The Installation Failed in the Second Boot Phase with an error during BOOT"I've already tried-Driver Updating-Disabling Defender- Removing USB devicesThis is the setuperr.log when trying to update from an ISO:2023-01-26 12:05:27, Error CONX Windows::Compat::Appraiser::Utilities::ExtractResourceToFile (675): Could not LoadLibrary to resource: [100
