Windows 11 Error 10016 Causing Crashes For Months - Tried Everything I've Seen

The Problem: Computer will seem fine for days but then crash and turn off or reboot (going black screen) with the only evidence being error code 10016 in event viewer. Once it crashes once it'll often crash multiple times in that same day before being fine for a while. Error Message: The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}
