Windows 11 Error 4-1,my pc says i dont have usc 3.0 ports even tho i have one

So i recently got a HP windows mixed reality headset and i've faced an issue when plugging the headset in.Before plugging the headset i've done the compality test and everything was good.After plugging my headset into my pc,the test says that my pc cannot run the mixed reality as i am missing usb 3.0 ports,wich is not the case as my pc only has usb 3.0 ports.If i skip the compability test and plug the headset in,i get the error 4-1.I am completely clueless on what could provoke this error,if anyone could help me i'd really appreciate it.Another detail : when i plug the cables in my pc,they sta
