Hi All:So I installed an imaging software, and everything went well. However, when I attempted to open the software, this error message came up: Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID (00024840-0000-0000-C000-000000000046) from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error:8004003 Invalid pointer (Exception from HRESULT:0x80004003(E-POINTER)I have uninstalled it three times and even tried to install the software from the website rather than the USB, but the same error message keeps coming up.
