Windows 10 Error code (0x80004005) on gamepass for pc.

I can launch some game like sea of thieves but not persona 5 or total war three kingdom, they just give me an error code. I uninstalled three kingdoms and it give me the same error code when trying to reinstall. I did a few things like update windows, something in power shell with restarting windows store I believe, making sure my time was correct and synced up. I just don't know how to fix this.
