Windows 10 Error Code 0x80070003 when trying to reinstall Minecraft Bedrock Edition

I'm trying to reinstall Minecraft Bedrock Edition on the Windows Store. I can reinstall other apps fine, but this one in particular won't install. I'm on Windows 10 64 bit, on the latest version. I've updated Windows, restarted, waited, and some other stuff. I just wanted to leave the Beta Program, which requires reinstalling the app.
