Windows 10 Error code: 0x80073CF9 When Attempting to install/update games within Xbox App or Microsoft Store.

Been troubleshooting for a while now. I am running Windows 10; fully updated.Have tried/attempted to: Open Windows PowerShell with admin rights. On the search bar, type Windows PowerShell.
