Windows 11 Error Code (0x80244022) For Windows 11 Update And Any Microsoft Application

Hi, I get the error code (0x80244022) when I try to install Windows 11, version 23H2, and also any other Microsoft application it. I can't install the Xbox app, or the minecraft launcher because of that error. Note: I did get a new external hard drive to replace one that had broken and all of this started after that. I also tried most of the other fixes others have found and none of them work. (change date and time, use troubleshooter, running inetcpl.cpl and changing the proxy stuff, and installing updates manually all don't work).
