I got this error

But when I opened the folder C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Setup Wizard\717149ab-3a12-42f1-81ea-e9df21a4710a, there was web_bar_setup_is2.exe file still existed, so I manually deleted it.
I started to getting this behavior for several months for numerous occasions now. I don't think windows defender actually works.
