Windows 10 error code 0xc0000006 and when I play it freezes

Sometimes when i start the computer I get the error code 0xc0000006 and when I play it freezes every minute in 2 seconds and then its super speed until it catches up both online and offline. In NVIDIAs app i have optimized the game and it puts it att the highest grafics because the computer should be able to handle it but I have lowered the grafics. Also I cant open the razer cortex app and razer synapse app, it just keeps on requesting for permission to do changes.
