Windows 10 Error Code [0xc000007b] the application was unable to start correctly.

the application, "Epic Games" has been giving me the error "the application was unable to start correctly error code {0xc000007b]. i also get the same error when i try to open Farcry 4 or GTA V. since Epic games is an official application, it means something is definitely wrong. i tried everything, updation/reinstalling direct x, visual c++ redistributable. reinstalling epic games. but nothing has worked. please help.
