Windows 11 Error code 0xc00000b when opening "Identity V"

Yesterday I tried installing the game Identity V on my ASUS computer, everything was going well until i tried to open it and I got an error message reading, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.", this doesn't happen when I try to boot up other games or applications such as Persona 5 Royal, and Suck Up!, How do I fix it?
