Windows 10 Error code 0xc000021a

Can someone please help me? Every time i start my computer it shows me a blue screen saying stop code 0xc000021a. I have tried unplugging all my external devices one by one and even tried /sfc scannow and other commands from youtube but none work. I can only boot up my pc by disabling driver signature enforcement. If someone knows how to solve this please provide me with the instructions.
