Windows 10 error code: 0xC002001B in the Microsoft store when trying to update. (Windows 10)

When I try to install or update an app from the Microsoft store I get an error with error code: 0xC002001B. I have tried different things already but none of them work. For example I tried making a new user account which didn't work. I tried to Reset Store Cache which also didn't work and I tried to run Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} in Windows PowerShell (Admin) which gave me red error messages in Windows PowerShell (Admin). Are there any other solutions to this problem?
