I was trying to open settings, and when it does, it shows the settings logo like it normally does for like, what, 3 seconds? I thought it was just a one-time glitch so I opened it again. Still, the same response from settings. Then, I went to the command prompt, typing start ms-settings:. Then it showed the error code, while also displaying: ''Access is denied.''.
