Windows 11 Error Code 43 for Bluetooth Adapter and Error Code 28 for Network Controller

I am getting an error code 43 for my Bluetooth adapter and an error code 28 for my Network Controller. I have updated the drivers for both. I have also uninstalled both and reinstalled them and still get the error codes. I have also updated Windows 11 and all my device drivers.
