Windows 11 Error code Attempted Execute of NoExecute Memory Blue Screen

Hi, while playing games I get blue death with code Attempted Execute of NoExecute Memory Blue Screen or SYSTEM_SRVICE_ EXCEPTION... what failed: Wdf01000.sys I play games at 5120x1440 resolution. I play CSGO, Gta 5, World War Z: Aftermath. Computer composition: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x, MSI GTX 3080Ti 12GB, 32GB RAM DDR4, msi b450 gaming plus max, 750W power source. The RAM test program did not detect the error. Don't know what to do with it?
