Windows 11 Error doing win 11 system image

I uninstalled one drive.A couple hours and I still cant find a way to stop these errors. When doing a win 11 system image.Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Documents. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)) Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\rayh7\OneDrive\Music. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))
