Windows 11 Error installing DirectX End-User Runtime on Windows 11

HiPretty weird case - I got 2 machines with Windows 11 installed, but get this error only on my 2nd machine - laptop with AMD dVGA.What happens - one of my software I use throw me the notification that DirectX runtime is missing. I checked dxdiag in command promt and it shows me DirectX 12 there.I downloaded DirectX End-User Runtime but here I get the error during installation (run as administrator)Logs are here and hereI found similar issue report in the web but non of the provided approaches worked for me.Any suggestion, please?
