Windows 10 Error Message as PC is shutting down - PC Shuts down faster than I can read the error message window - System Event Viewer??

Hello,When I go to shut down Windows, I see the usual screen that lists apps that need to be closed before the computer can shut down. Usually I just wait and my PC then shuts down it's self.However, ever since I installed a Net Framework update, which is only a guess, I am getting an error message box with a big red X in it right before the computer powers it's self off. It goes by so fast that I can't see what it says. This does not happen every time.I was wondering if I could use the system event viewer to see the error message and fix it? Would some one know how to do this?I am noticing th
