Windows 11 error message at startup

I have received this message the last 3 mornings I have turned my computer "This file is trying to connect to the Internet and is not trusted. C: \Program files\windowsapps\microsoftwindows.client.webexperience_524.18500." I blocked the event each time. Thanks in advance for any insight.
