Hi,I bought my desktop Dell OptiPlex 7050 from eBay and I have invoice. I used my desktop a few hours and got the massage "DeviceFreeze-0393. This device has been locked. Please contact 210-456-9999." and I cannot use any more. Would you please to help me to fix it? - I contacted to eBay, but no help because it's happened to me after 6 months. eBay denied for returning. - I also contacted to Dell company, they told me that my expiration date warranty and over 4 years, I cannot buy expand warranty. I did format the Hard Drive and install new OS (Windows 10 and Windows 11). The problem still the
