Windows 11 Error message when trying to join "family 365 subscription

Hello.Over the last week, I have spent several hours either over the phone or over chat with Microsoft regarding a few issues with several case numbers opened. With case #10050097278 on 2/17/23 and today's case #1050228092 being the most helpful. Today, they referred me to this site. I have a copy of today's case transcription, I would like to share with you so you can be brought up-to what is happening, as it is quite lengthy. Is there a way I can attach it to an email to you?I sure hope you are able to help me. I would appreciate talking with a live person regarding all of this. .Thank
