Windows 10 Error reading DNS ? Connects and disconnects periodically?

Ok well I was on windows10 prior to windows 11 the update wasn’t better to app and programs I was using so I reinstalled windows 10 but now I see I have been having internet issues with not recognizing the DNS I have been disconnected from the wifi due to this error but I see a file that ip.config all txt and was wondering was this a reason for getting disconnected or dns not properly in its place??
