Windows 11 Error status 0xc000012f

When I try to run a game I get this error saying that d3dx11_43.dll and d3dx10_43.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. I have already tried to repair visual c++ but it didn't work. What should I do? Similarly I also get that error but for nvspcap64.dll when I open task manager.
