Windows 10 Error when trying to open OSB studio installer

Hello,I am a consumer using Windows 10 Home on a Acer Swift 3 laptop. I want to install OBS studio on my laptop. I have download the Windows version from Open Broadcaster Software | OBS over a normal wi-fi connection and saved it in my downloads folder without any problems. When I open the downloaded file - the name is OBS-Studio-27.2.3-Full-Installer-x64 (1).exe - I get a persistent but confusing error that I have no access to the file, that I should check the spelling, or otherwise there may be a problem with the network. It offers me an option to detect problems (in Dutch) and when I click it
