Windows 10 Error while installing Visual C++ 2013/2015~2019 Redistributable (x86): Error 1321. The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file.

Since the program which needs 'Visual C++ 2013/2015-2019 Redistributable (x86)' does not work, I tried to uninstall the Redistributable system and re-install it using the exe file at Microsoft download center: https://www.microsoft.com/ko-kr/download/details.aspx?id=40784However, the error occurs while installing: 'The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: msvcp.dll(2013), concrt140.dll(2015-2019).I repeated the above stuff using administrator account of Windows, but it still not works...Also, I tried to download the dll file independently and overwrite at C:\Windows\SysWO
