Windows 11 Error with my function key and refresh button not working

SUBHAM DAS ADHIKARI

There is an issues with my windows update in that updates the function key and refresh button stop working and after that when i contacted customer support they provide the solution and it works properly but again after the windows update and i faced the same issue and i follow the same process but the driver update stuck in a page which i have attached in this chat but again i contact the customer support they can't solve my problem and i request to community hub please give me solution to solve this problem
