Windows 11 ESENT events - Computer Freezes

Hello All,I have seen these issues posted several times, but there still does not seem to be any fix. Seeing the event below in Event Viewer:taskhostw (9172,D,0) WebCacheLocal: A request to write to the file "C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\WebCacheV01.jfm" at offset 8192 (0x0000000000002000) for 8192 (0x00002000) bytes succeeded, but took an abnormally long time (23 seconds) to be serviced by the OS.
