Windows 11 Ethernet card issue on W11

I recently bought a Intel X540-AT2 (2 of them to be exact) and initially everything was working fine.Both of my W11 PCs accepted the NICs very well.However, one day one of my PCs started to show that there was no Ethernet cable connected to it.I tried to plug it again, restart the PC, reinstall the drivers, reset network configurations, swap the cards between the computers and still nothing.It simply seems like the problem only happens on this particular machine and is sporadic, sometimes it starts working again until it stops one more time.I already checked and the NICs itself aren't the prob
