Windows 11 Ethernet connection stuck at 10 Mbps, Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller driver

As the title says, ever since a few days ago my max ethernet connection speed has been stuck at 10/10 Mbps. No fix I've looked up has helped so far, and it is not an issue with my switch, cables, router or the ISP. So far I've tried:Reinstalling driversUsing different driver versionsReplugging different cablesChanging driver properties such as ipv4 and ipv6, speed & duplex, WOL shutdown and link speed, DNS servers, Various command prompt commands, for example the ones found in this forum post:Redirecting
