Windows 10 Ethernet fails to connect after installation of KB5036892

Dear Microsoft Experts, Need your help to unstall KB5036892. This is blocking the Ethernet to be detected on Windows 10 64x. have tried to unstall as cmd administrator or remove it via update history page without success. Only 1/10 times of trials, the Ethernet can suddenly connect.Once the pc is restarted or shut down, back to square one....Please appealing your capable expertise to find a solution as this is negatively impacting in the system and customer.Looking for a positive feedback soon
