Windows 11 Ethernet goes dead intermittently, especially on Teams meetings

Hello All,I have a build based on Asus ROG STRIX z790-H motherboards, Core I7 13700, and Windows 11 22H2. Since the last Windows upgrade, the Ethernet (controller Intel I225-V) connection goes off intermittently. It does that several times during Teams meetings, but less frequently during the day. I have upgraded the bios from Asus' site and and Ethernet driver from Intel's site.The suggestions of upgrading drivers, etc., have all been tried, but to no avail. I would greatly appreciate any guidance and solutions in this respect. BTW, the WiFi connection works fine - no interruptions.Is it due
