Windows 11 ethernet not working or even showing up at all after CPU and RAM upgrade [SOLVED]

Ethernet adapter is missing from the Network Adapters section in Device Manager, this includes and hidden devices. Does not show up in any part of Network & internet settings. I have tried running various commands in cmp and updating drivers. I also know it is not a cable issue. The lights that tell me the cable is plugged in correctly on my motherboard light up when I plug the cable in. I have tried unplugging and restarting then plugging the cable back in but nothing works. I am able to use WiFi. The problem only began after I replaced my CPU and added two more sticks of RAM.
