Windows 11 Ethernet speed keeps changing to 10mbps after a Disconnect/Disabling the ethernet adapter from Windows!

Hi,I have used wifi for a long time to use the internet in my windows 11 desktop. Recently Ive switched to wired/ethernet connection and facing a very annoying issue that is, it connects as 100mbps Full-Duplex (max speed supported by my router) but if I disable the ethernet connection from control panel/device manager and enable it back, it resets to the speed of 10mbps and stays the same until I reboot my machine. Now,I have tried everything from changing my cat6 cable to upgrade/downgrade my realtek lan driver but no luck! Even tried using the default microsoft driver that comes with windows
